Tired of stress, pollution, smog, traffic? Take a trip up to north of sweden and breathe clean air, enjoy the nature, meet people who rather enjoy an hour chatting, discussing weather or just being friendly . One place I suggest is Juoksengi. You find it 30 km north for Övertorneå. The polarcircle is crossing this little village and you´ll find a lot of small cafées, restaurants and Torne river. The river is quite and calm here and if you go down to the shore you´re able to experience a strange form of smoothness which will get you easier in mind. I haven´t met the same feeling otherwere. Klick on the red spots on the map and you get some free pictures with description from the area

Here we´ve made a map for a trip with bicycle that are quite sufficient for a trip. You'll see some photos and a short description if you click on the red spots on the map. In summertime during midsummer the landscape is just fantastic around this area. The sun never goes down and the air are propable the cleanest around our world. If you get here with bike a good trip could also be crossing the border and go to the finnish village called Kemi. You'll find Kemi just 30 km to southeast from Torneå and you've got plenty of small roads for bike. But don't forget to take a map if you are planning biking in Finldand because they've got some strange signs for bikes. Along Torne river you've got buses there are able to carry your bike if you want a rest while getting back again. Sangis, here you turn right Långforsen café Food in the middle of nowhere Turn right just before the bridge Saivaara, this is how people lived here 5000 years ago A coffeshop and store after 80 km You are able to see Torne river all the way from karungi on this trip
